Three Way Recent Arrest Structure
Three Way counted 1,877 residents in the 2020 Census. Its emergency-contacts page lists Madison County Sheriff's Office Police/Dispatch at 731-423-6000. The municipal code goes further. Under T.C.A. § 8-8-201(34), the city intends for the sheriff to enforce its ordinances. So there is no Three Way Police Department. There is also no city arrest log for anyone to check.
The county route matters most here. MCSO handles law enforcement and decides where an arrest goes. The Madison County Jail/CJC at 515 South Liberty Street is the booking destination. The sheriff's site posts no public inmate roster. A custody question takes a direct call.
A missing city feed just shows how records get published.
Where Three Way Arrests Appear
Sheriff and county sources come first. City Hall can point you to the right municipal contact, but it runs no jail list of its own. Jackson P2C and the Jackson Sun archive track JPD events only. Neither one is complete for Three Way.

Find Someone Arrested in Three Way
Skip the hunt for a Three Way jail. Start with MCSO. One city arrest can leave behind three separate trails: an incident record, a county booking record if the person is held, and a court file later on. Each answers a different question.
- Call MCSO at 731-423-6000 for local police or current custody routing.
- Provide the person’s full name and approximate arrest date.
- Request the existing booking record through county channels when needed.
- Use VINELink for later Tennessee custody changes.
- Ask the clerk for the final court disposition.
The Madison County recent-arrests hub lays out the county record fields and photo requests. Never assume current custody from a private page or an old charge.
Three Way Sheriff Arrest Records
MCSO Records keeps law-enforcement files and logs them in its records-management system. Call the sheriff's main line first. For copies, go through the county Public Records Request Coordinator, the Risk Manager at 100 East Main Street, Suite 300, Jackson, TN 38301. Phone 731-423-6059. Use recordsrequest@madisoncountytn.gov on the form.
Name Three Way, the arrest date range, the arresting agency, and the exact record you want. Ask for a booking photograph in a separate request. County policy requires proof of Tennessee citizenship. Inspection is free, though copies may carry page, labor, vendor, or postage charges. When a record cannot be produced promptly, the policy promises a response within seven business days.

Three Way Arrest Booking Destination
The Madison County Jail sits inside the Criminal Justice Complex. MCSO Corrections holds people awaiting trial, serving county sentences, or awaiting transfer. That is a general custody description, not a roster. The jail publishes no name search. It offers no photo display rule. It also states no update cadence or record retention period.
Do not treat the Madison Annex as a second booking spot. State materials list it closed in October 2022. Point every request at the Madison County Jail/CJC. A transfer to TDOC, BOP, or ICE changes which locator applies.
Three Way Arrest Photos
Three Way has no booking-photo publication system. If MCSO takes and keeps a photo, request it as an existing county record. The custodian may release it, redact it, or withhold it under Tennessee law. A photo on a private site proves nothing about what the sheriff posts.
TDOC FOIL can show a photo only for someone in state felony custody or supervision. VINELink sends custody alerts; it stores no mugshots. The BOP locator returns no public photo. Keep these systems straight.
Three Way Arrest Timing
MCSO posts no booking clock. An incident, jail intake, custody alert, and court filing can each surface at a different time. Someone can get released before your next check, or transferred right after intake. A blank search rules out nothing.
Call the sheriff for fresh information. Use the records process for a retained file. Turn to Tennessee SAVIN/VINELink for release or transfer alerts. The clerk of the right court settles the outcome.
Three Way Arrest News Limits
WBBJ and the Jackson Post cover selected Madison County cases. Private county pages sometimes repost bookings with no clear Three Way label. RecentlyBooked and Mugshots Zone both run county sections. Some Busted Newspaper pages show Madison coverage. None adds up to a complete city log.
Official records come first, always. A third-party charge can be stale, incomplete, or tied to a dismissal. No Arrests.org Madison County Tennessee page exists in stable form. Treat these sites as leads, never as proof or a photo gallery.
After a Three Way Arrest
Court questions after a Three Way arrest go to the CJC. General Sessions handles criminal and traffic routing at 731-423-6128. Circuit Court sits at 731-423-6035. The court record carries the charging papers, bond orders, appearances, and motions. It also holds the final outcome and any expungement.
Arrested, booked, held, released, and transferred all mean different things. A person released from custody can drop off a status check. The booking file stays right where it was. VINELink sends its Tennessee alerts only after a record exists. It never sends them at the moment of arrest. A transfer can push the search toward TDOC, BOP, ICE, or another jail.
MCSO posts no booking retention term. Ask which schedule applies, and whether an old file was retained, transferred, destroyed, or withheld. There is no digitized Three Way photo series. A court file may preserve the outcome long after an arrest page disappears.
The MCSO Warrants Division logs and serves process. Call 731-423-6003 or the main line. Never approach anyone found on a wanted result. Anyone disputing a warrant should speak with counsel or the issuing court.
